Laughter is the Best Medicina

The older I get, the wiser I get.
Es verdad (its true). Cliche? Yes, but true.

Life has thrown me curve balls and changes and has shown me love and loss, but slowly, and sometimes stubbornly, I have really learned to LIVE FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T. I'm a big believer in positive affirmations. I continue to learn and try my best to put this into effect in my life.  No one said la vida (life) would be easy, but it's definitely worth living.

At times we get so caught up in what's NOT happening that we forget about what has happened. Where we have come from. Nunca te olvides de donde te trajo el SeƱor (Never forget where God has brought you from).

In the midst of the daily grind, our daily routines and schedules, remember to take a moment or two to just take it all in. To remember to breathe. To find room for laughter, hugs and honesty. To remember to pray for yourself but also for others. To remember to be thankful for waking up this morning! Imagine being the guy who didn't wake up? Imagine that!

Recuerdate que (Remember that) someone out there, your neighbor, your co-worker, your sister could be dealing with life changing circumstances. It may even be you at his moment, but to appreciate the Sun, we must know the Rain.
